Sue Winkett

Making the decision to seek counselling is a hard step to take, instead we tend to ignore our feelings and hope they go away. But what if by ‘showing up’ we could understand our difficulties and discover ways to face life’s challenges, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, loss or just feeling stuck. As a BACP registered, Integrative Counsellor I offer a warm, accepting
relationship to explore what's going on for you.
Sue works at LTC on Monday mornings, and Thursdays at another clinic E:[email protected]
